Commemorative Medal of the Czechoslovak Army Abroad (Pametni Medaile Ceskoslovenske Armady V Zahranici) Bronze circular wreath with silver two tailed lion of Bohemia with the coat of arms of Slovakia instituted 15th October 1943 by the Czechoslovak Government in Exile in London, awarded to those who were outside their country at the time of the German invasion or those who subsequently escaped and joined Allied forces or all Czechoslovak units, a point worthy of note is that Czech pilots were second only to the Polish as the largest overseas group involved in the Battle of Britain the medal is in its original fitted case
